血管生成是内皮细胞的重要功能,在胚胎发育、组织再生、炎症﹑肿瘤的生长与转移等多种生理和病理过程均有血管生成。传统的单层细胞培养(2D培养)模型是迄今最常用的体外实验研究模型,但存在诸多的不足,如细胞的生长特性与体内差异较大等。三维培养(3D培养)模型上细胞呈立体生长,更接近于体内的自然生长状态。3D培养已经发展出了多种方法,特别是近年组织工程技术的应用,3 D血管生成模型的建立取得了很多新进展,在肿瘤领域的相关研究尤为活跃。

Angiogenesis is an important function of endothelial cells,which participates in physiological and pathological processes,such as embryo development,tissue regeneration,inflammation,tumor growth and metastasis.Monolayer(two-dimensional,2D) cell culture models are the traditional culture models widely used for in vitro experimental cell research.However,these models have several drawbacks,such as cell grow-ing differs greatly from naturally grown cells.Cells growing in three-dimensional(3D) matrix is closer to growth in vivo.In recent years 3D culture has developed a variety of novel methods,especially in combination with utilizing tissue engineering technology.A lot of progress has been achieved in 3D in vitro angiogenesis model,especially in the tumor research field.
