目的探讨恶性盆腔胃肠外间质瘤(EGIST)的临床表现、诊断及治疗.方法报告本院收治的1例行格列卫联合手术切除治疗的EGIST瘤患者的临床资料及相关文献复习.结果患者首次剖腹探查不能完整切除肿瘤,活检病理示EGIST,采用格列卫400mg/d,连续服用1个月后,肿瘤大小由19cm×18cm×15cm缩小至15cm×15cm×12cm,体积缩小了40.9％,再次行手术切除成功,术后定期复查均未见转移,术后8年肿瘤复发再次行手术切除.结论 EGIST治疗以手术切除为主;对瘤体巨大的患者采用格列卫新辅助治疗联合手术切除效果更好.

Objectives To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor (EGIST).Methods One patient with EGIST whose tuomor was treated with the imatinib neoadjuvant therapy and then resected;we report the clinical data and related literature review.Results The tumor of EGIST in pathology couldn t could not be excised,then after one month by treated with imatinib (400mg/ day),then the tumor diminished from 19cm × 18cm × 15c to 15cm × 15cm × 12cm,the volume of tumor decreased by 40.9％.The tumor was resected,and the patient didnt did not show any indication of metastasis.After 8 years of post -operation follow-up,the tumor recurred then was resected.Conclusions The treatment of EGIST is given priority to with surgical resection;the huge tuomor was treated with the imatinib neoadjuvant therapy and then rescted.
