基于机器视觉技术的计算机处理方法,运用在红外光以及可见光下采集胶囊图像法实现对胶囊外形表面、两个端面及内部缺陷的自动检测,检测速度快、准确率高、系统稳定,在医用空心胶囊检测中具有较好的应用性。

The technology based on machine vision of computer process method is used, by adopting the method of collect-ing the capsule image in infrared and visible light, the two end faces and internal defects is realized. Various defects of dif-ferent types of capsules can be detected by this system, both with high speed, high accuracy, stable operation and many oth-er advantages, has better application in the detection for medicinal hollow capsule.
