中医诊断普遍采用中西医病名对照诊断模式，规范的中西医病名对照可使中医诊疗更加标准化和规范化。在实际应用中存在中医病名偏少、中医疾病诊断标准不一、生搬硬套导致诊疗僵化等问题。建议临床上中西医病名对照诊断应灵活运用。
中醫診斷普遍採用中西醫病名對照診斷模式，規範的中西醫病名對照可使中醫診療更加標準化和規範化。在實際應用中存在中醫病名偏少、中醫疾病診斷標準不一、生搬硬套導緻診療僵化等問題。建議臨床上中西醫病名對照診斷應靈活運用。
중의진단보편채용중서의병명대조진단모식，규범적중서의병명대조가사중의진료경가표준화화규범화。재실제응용중존재중의병명편소、중의질병진단표준불일、생반경투도치진료강화등문제。건의림상상중서의병명대조진단응령활운용。
The diagnosis model of disease names of Chinese medicine and Western medicine is widely used simultaneously in TCMpractice.Undoubtedly,the standard application of disease names of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,shows a style of normalization of TCMdiagnosis and treatment.Howev-er,some problems still exist in TCMclinical practice,such as less Chinese medicine disease names,lac-king of uniform diagnosis standard in TCMpractice,application mechanical leading to rigid diagnosis and treatment,and so on.It is suggested that TCMphysicians should carry out the diagnosis model of disease names of Chinese medicine and Western medicine according to the situation.
