对四川某地低品位长石矿进行了无氟无酸选矿提纯试验研究,确定了“棒磨?磁选?浮选”工艺流程。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占48.79%时,通过弱磁选?SLon立环高梯度强磁选,获得了Fe2O3含量为0.11%、长石回收率为83.83%的磁选尾矿,再在十二胺为捕收剂、油酸钠为长石活化剂、六偏磷酸钠为石英抑制剂、不加pH值调整剂的条件下进行一粗一精二扫浮选,最终获得Fe2 O3含量0.19%、SiO2含量80.12%、K2 O+Na2 O含量高于13%的长石精矿,其综合回收率为55.03%。

To beneficiate a low?grade feldspar ore from Sichuan Province, a rod milling?magnetic separation?flotation flowsheet was determined by experimental tests without using fluoride and acid. At a grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 48.79%, the feldspar ore was subjected to a low?intensity magnetic separation and a SLon high gradient magnetic separation. The tailings with Fe2O3 grade of 0.11% and feldspar recovery of 83.83% was transferred to a flotation process including one stage of roughing, one stage of cleaning and two stages of scavenging. Without adding pH regulator, the pulp was processed with dodecylamine as collector, sodium oleate as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as modifier, yielding a feldspar concentrate with the content of Fe2 O3 , SiO2 and K2 O+Na2 O as 0.19%, 80.12% and >13%, respectively, with a comprehensive recovery at 55.03%.
