自身免疫性疾病是机体对自身抗原的免疫耐受机制破坏，导致一个或多个器官的免疫性损伤。目前，大多数自身免疫性疾病的治疗策略仍是长期使用免疫抑制药物，其主要问题是缺乏免疫抑制的特异性，长期使用可抑制正常免疫效应细胞的功能，导致严重的甚至危及患者生命的不良反应，因此，临床上需要特异性的、低毒性和更加长效的治疗手段以治疗自身免疫性疾病。

Autoimmune diseases can cause immune damages of one or more organs as a result of break-ing the balance of body′s immune tolerance to auto-antigen.At present,the strategy of most autoimmune dis-eases treatment is still based on long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs which lack of antigen-specificity and inhibit the normal function of the immune effector cells and cause severe and sometimes life-threatening side effects.Therefore,antigen-specific lower toxic and longer effective treatments are needed for autoimmune diseases in clinical.
