目的：了解某三级甲等医院麻醉药品使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：统计2010—2013年该院麻醉药品的用量、销售金额等，并以限定日剂量、用药频度、销售金额排序／用药频度排序（排序比）为评价指标进行分析。结果：4年来，该院麻醉药品的用量、销售金额逐年上升；枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、硫酸吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴的用药频度排序均居前3位；盐酸吗啡注射液、盐酸哌替啶注射液、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、芬太尼透皮贴的排序比＞1，表明其社会效益和经济效益同步性良好。结论：该院麻醉药品的使用情况基本合理，但临床医师仍需进一步加强合理用药，提高患者的生活质量。
目的：瞭解某三級甲等醫院痳醉藥品使用情況，為臨床閤理用藥提供參攷。方法：統計2010—2013年該院痳醉藥品的用量、銷售金額等，併以限定日劑量、用藥頻度、銷售金額排序／用藥頻度排序（排序比）為評價指標進行分析。結果：4年來，該院痳醉藥品的用量、銷售金額逐年上升；枸櫞痠舒芬太尼註射液、硫痠嗎啡緩釋片、芬太尼透皮貼的用藥頻度排序均居前3位；鹽痠嗎啡註射液、鹽痠哌替啶註射液、枸櫞痠芬太尼註射液、枸櫞痠舒芬太尼註射液、芬太尼透皮貼的排序比＞1，錶明其社會效益和經濟效益同步性良好。結論：該院痳醉藥品的使用情況基本閤理，但臨床醫師仍需進一步加彊閤理用藥，提高患者的生活質量。
목적：료해모삼급갑등의원마취약품사용정황，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：통계2010—2013년해원마취약품적용량、소수금액등，병이한정일제량、용약빈도、소수금액배서／용약빈도배서（배서비）위평개지표진행분석。결과：4년래，해원마취약품적용량、소수금액축년상승；구연산서분태니주사액、류산마배완석편、분태니투피첩적용약빈도배서균거전3위；염산마배주사액、염산고체정주사액、구연산분태니주사액、구연산서분태니주사액、분태니투피첩적배서비＞1，표명기사회효익화경제효익동보성량호。결론：해원마취약품적사용정황기본합리，단림상의사잉수진일보가강합리용약，제고환자적생활질량。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of narcotics in a certain class Ⅲ grade I hospital , and provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:The utilization and consumption sum of the narcotics in the hospital during 2010-2013 was collected statistically , the evaluation indexes in respect of the defined daily dose ( DDD) , defined daily dose system ( DDDs) and consumption sum ranking/DDDs ranking ( ranking ratio ) were set to conducted the analysis .RESULTS:The utilization and consumption sum of the narcotics in the hospital increased year by year during the four years .The top three drugs ranked by DDDs were sufentanil citrate injection , Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet and fentanyl transdermal system .The ranking ratio of morphine hydrochloride injection , pethidine hydrochloride injection , fentanyl citrate injection , sufentanil citrate injection and fentanyl transdermal system was over 1, which showed the good synchronicity in social and economic benefit .CONCLUSIONS:The application of narcotics in the hospital is basically rational .But the clinician should further strengthen the rational drug use , and improve the life quality of patients .
