通过对锅炉主蒸汽温度骤降事故原因进行探究,分析出锅炉自制减温水冷凝器内漏可能导致的风险隐患,对冷凝器泄漏原因和运行优劣势进行了分析,提出了改进措施,为自制减温水冷凝器及锅炉系统的安全可靠运行提供了保障。

Through probing the causes of temperature plunge in boiler main steam, it was sought out that an internal leakage in the Homemade desuperheating water condenser of the boiler should have been a hidden danger. Causes of the leakage and both operation ad-vantages and disadvantages of the condenser were analyzed and improvement measures were put forward, to provide guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of homemade desuper-heating water condenser as well as the boiler system.
