目的：通过抑制SW620中Claundin-1的表达量来观察Claudin-1对SW620细胞侵袭性和转移性的影响。方法：构建稳定的低表达Claudin-1的SW620细胞，同时比较低表达的SW620细胞和转染空载体的SW620细胞对基质胶的穿透力以及在裸鼠身上的转移能力。结果：低表达Claudin-1抑制了 SW620细胞对基质胶的穿透力和肿瘤在裸鼠身上的转移能力。结论：抑制Claudin-1的表达可以在一定程度上抑制SW620的侵袭性和转移性。

목적：통과억제SW620중Claundin-1적표체량래관찰Claudin-1대SW620세포침습성화전이성적영향。방법：구건은정적저표체Claudin-1적SW620세포，동시비교저표체적SW620세포화전염공재체적SW620세포대기질효적천투력이급재라서신상적전이능력。결과：저표체Claudin-1억제료 SW620세포대기질효적천투력화종류재라서신상적전이능력。결론：억제Claudin-1적표체가이재일정정도상억제SW620적침습성화전이성。
OBJECTIVE:Effect of Claudin-1 on the invasion and metastases of SW620 cells was observed via inhibiting Claudin-1 expression quantity in SW620 cells.METHODS:To establish the stable and low expression Claudin-1 in SW620 cells, meanwhile the low expression SW620 cells and the empty vector-transfected SW620 cells were compared in respect of the penetrating power of matrigel and the metastasis in nude mice .RESULTS:Low expression Claudin-1 inhibited SW620 cells in the penetrating power of matrigel and the metastasis capacity in nude mice .CONCLUSIONS: To some extent, inhibition of Claudin-1 expression can inhibit invasion and metastases of SW620 cells.
