目的:建立反相-高效液相色谱法同时测定消炎颗粒中绿原酸、秦皮乙素的含量,为更好地控制药品质量提供参考。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(V∶V=10∶90),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长分别为327 nm(绿原酸)、353 nm(秦皮乙素)。结果:指标成分绿原酸、秦皮乙素进样量各在0.103~0.821、0.107~0.854μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9998),加样回收率分别为99.57%(RSD=1.06%)、101.06%(RSD=1.27%)。结论:本法简便可靠、重复性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적:건립반상-고효액상색보법동시측정소염과립중록원산、진피을소적함량,위경호지공제약품질량제공삼고。방법:채용Inertsil ODS-3색보주(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);류동상위을정-0.1%린산용액(V∶V=10∶90),류속위1.0 ml/min,주온위30℃,검측파장분별위327 nm(록원산)、353 nm(진피을소)。결과:지표성분록원산、진피을소진양량각재0.103~0.821、0.107~0.854μg범위내정량호적선성관계(r≥0.9998),가양회수솔분별위99.57%(RSD=1.06%)、101.06%(RSD=1.27%)。결론:본법간편가고、중복성호,괄용우해제제적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and esculetin in Xiaoyan granules , and to provide reference for the better control of drug quality .METHODS:Inertsil ODS-3 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)was used;the mobile phase consisted of 0.1%acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution (V∶V=10∶90), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the temperature of column was 30℃, the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm(chlorogenic acid)and 353(esculetin), respectively.RESULTS:The injection volume of the chlorogenic acid and esculetin respectively at the range of 0.103~0.821 μg and 0.107~0.854 μg showed the good linear relationship ( r≥0.999 8).The recovery rate was 99.57%(RSD=1.06%)、101.06%(RSD=1.27%), respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, reliable, and has good repeatability and can be used for control quality of the preparation .
