Nowadays ,how to create favorable learning environment to support and facilitate English learning is receiving increasingly great attention .T his paper combines the humanis‐tic learning theory with the blended learning theory ,emphasizing the designing methods of them ,then introduces the present English study environment ,and tries to help focus on the combination of traditional classroom environment and E‐learning environment ,stimulating the students’ learning and making great contributions to the national reform of higher voca‐tional English teaching in the new century .
