    高职航海类人才在国家的海上运输中起到了重要的作用，但近年来，高职航海类人才的培养出现了不少的问题，本文从我院航海类专业教师的角度，分析了目前我院航海类教师存在的部分问题，并提出了一些建议性的措施。
    고직항해류인재재국가적해상운수중기도료중요적작용，단근년래，고직항해류인재적배양출현료불소적문제，본문종아원항해류전업교사적각도，분석료목전아원항해류교사존재적부분문제，병제출료일사건의성적조시。
    Maritime technical talents play an important role in the sea transportation .But in recent years ,some problems occur in the navigation talents training of higher vocational edu‐cation .T he w riter ,as a teacher of navigation specialty ,analyzes the existing problems in the teaching staff building of navigation specialty in higher vocational colleges ,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions .
