本文尝试从语言经济学的角度来解析口语交际中出现的语码转换现象，将其原因解析为如下三个方面：其一，成本最低化；其二，价值最大化；其三，风险最低化，并通过一些例子来阐释语者在面对语码选择的时候是如何遵从这三个标准的。

This paper tries to analyze the code‐switching phenomena in oral communication from the aspect of linguistic economics ,and briefly sorts the reasons for a code‐switching in‐to the following three main categories :cost minimization ,value maximization ,and risk mini‐mization .Some examples and illustrations are given to explain how speakers follow these three criteria w hen facing the code selection during a conversation .
