目的深入研究护理干预在社区糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用效果,并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年1月-2015年4月期间本社区负责管理的100例糖尿病患者并随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究,观察并比较常规护理和护理干预的临床效果。结果观察组患者在遵医服药、定量饮食、规律运动、定期培训以及规律生活等遵医行为方面显著优于对照组,空腹血糖、尿蛋白、血肌酐显著低于对照组,总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区糖尿病患者进行护理干预能够显著改善患者的遵医行为,对稳定患者的血糖具有十分重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes in community intensively and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 100 diabetic patients in the community during the period between January 2014 and April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group for control study. And the clinical effect between the conventional nursing and nursing intervention was observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group were much better in the aspects of medication compliance, quantitative diet, regular exercise, regular training and regular life. And the observation group had much lower level of fasting blood glucose, urine protein, serum creatinine, and obviously higher level of overall satisfaction than the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes in community, nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient compliance, which is of great significance in stabilizing the level of blood glucose.
