目的：探讨人性化护理对糖尿病患者精神状态及血糖控制的影响。方法将98例糖尿病患者随机分成观察组和对照组各49例。对照组患者实行常规护理，观察组给予人性化护理。对比两组患者的精神状态及血糖控制情况。结果护理后，观察组患者的焦虑及抑郁得分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效改善糖尿病患者的精神状态和血糖控制效果，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토인성화호리대당뇨병환자정신상태급혈당공제적영향。방법장98례당뇨병환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조각49례。대조조환자실행상규호리，관찰조급여인성화호리。대비량조환자적정신상태급혈당공제정황。결과호리후，관찰조환자적초필급억욱득분균명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조환자적공복혈당수평、찬후2 h혈당수평、당화혈홍단백수평균현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론인성화호리가유효개선당뇨병환자적정신상태화혈당공제효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the effects of humanized nursing on the mental state and blood sugar control of pa-tients with diabetes. Methods 98 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, and those in the observation group were given humanized nursing. And the status of mental state and blood sugar control were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores were much lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The level of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the mental state and the effect of blood sugar control in patients with diabetes, therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
