The foundation of entrepreneur and its production,survival,development is entrepreneurial en?vironment,and it is the physical and social space of the establishment and development of entrepreneurial activ?ity. Through analyzing the entrepreneurial environment in Xuchang,it was found that the major influencing fac?tors of Xuchang entrepreneurial environment were law policy,economic factors,service level and intellectual support. According to practical situation,the strategy of further optimizatingXuchang entrepreneurial was pro?posed in this paper:strengthening the national entrepreneurial atmosphere,perfectingpioneering-support poli?cy,increasing the support to venture training education and strengthening the entrepreneurial platform.
