针对用TC17（α+β）、TC17（β）钛合金材料，开展了线性摩擦焊接头组织和力学性能研究。结果表明：焊接接头共分为TC17（α+β）母材区、TC17（α+β）热力影响区、焊缝区、TC17（β）热力影响区、TC17（β）母材区5个部分；力学性能测试结果表明，试验温度为室温、200℃、300℃、400℃时，TC17（α+β）/ TC17（β）线性摩擦焊接头抗拉强度均达到母材的97%，试验温度为400℃时，持久强度达到母材的95%。
針對用TC17（α+β）、TC17（β）鈦閤金材料，開展瞭線性摩抆銲接頭組織和力學性能研究。結果錶明：銲接接頭共分為TC17（α+β）母材區、TC17（α+β）熱力影響區、銲縫區、TC17（β）熱力影響區、TC17（β）母材區5箇部分；力學性能測試結果錶明，試驗溫度為室溫、200℃、300℃、400℃時，TC17（α+β）/ TC17（β）線性摩抆銲接頭抗拉彊度均達到母材的97%，試驗溫度為400℃時，持久彊度達到母材的95%。
침대용TC17（α+β）、TC17（β）태합금재료，개전료선성마찰한접두조직화역학성능연구。결과표명：한접접두공분위TC17（α+β）모재구、TC17（α+β）열력영향구、한봉구、TC17（β）열력영향구、TC17（β）모재구5개부분；역학성능측시결과표명，시험온도위실온、200℃、300℃、400℃시，TC17（α+β）/ TC17（β）선성마찰한접두항랍강도균체도모재적97%，시험온도위400℃시，지구강도체도모재적95%。
[ABSTRACT] The microstructure and mechanical properties of linear friction welded TC17(α+β)/TC17(β) joint are investigated. The results show that ifve different structures are existed in linear friction welded joint, i.e. TC17(α+β) base metal, thermomechanically affected zone (TMAZ) of TC17(α+β),weld zone, thermomechanically affected zone (TMAZ) of TC17(β), TC17(β)base metal. The tensile strength of joint reaches to about 97% of the base metal under the conditions of the room tempera-ture,200℃,300℃ and 400℃.The creep rupture strength of joint reaches to about 95% of the base metal.
