以鸡粪为原料,加入不同质量分数的腐熟宝菌剂及玉米秸秆,研究鸡粪发酵过程中温度、有机质、全氮、铵态氮、全磷和速效磷的变化.结果表明:0.3%的腐熟宝菌剂堆肥效果最好,与不加腐熟宝的对照相比,提前29 d进入50℃高温期,且高温期延长14 d,平均温度高出15.14℃,种子发芽指数高出18.1%,有机质降幅多5.38%,全氮降幅少7.64%,铵态氮降幅多17.49%,全磷增幅多7.36%,速效磷增幅多6.55%;加玉米秸秆的处理明显优于不加玉米秸秆的处理,平均温度高出17.05℃,种子发芽指数高出21.6%,有机质降幅多10.74%,全氮降幅多16.97%,铵态氮降幅多11.52%,全磷增幅多4.85%,速效磷增幅多32.9%.

Chicken manure was treated with different concentration of Fushubao bacterium agent and corn stalk to study the changes of the temperature and the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,am-monium nitrogen,total phosphorus and available phosphorus.The results indicated that the treatment with 0.3% Fushubao showed the best effect;the temperature got to 50 ℃ was 29 days earlier than the control;the period at 50 ℃ lasted for 14 days;the average temperature higher than 15.14 ℃;the seed germination index was more than 18.1%;the decreasing amplitude of organic matter and ammonium nitrogen were higher than 5.38% and 17.49%;the decreasing amplitude of total nitrogen was less than 7.64%;the in-creasing range of total phosphorus and available phosphorus were higher than 7.36% and 6.55%.Com-pared with the control of without corn stalk,the treatment of adding corn stalk was better,the average temperature higher than 17.05 ℃;the seed germination index was more than 21.6%;the decreasing ampli-tude of organic matter,total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen were higher than 10.74%,16.97% and 11.52%;the increasing range of total phosphorus and available phosphorus were higher than 4.85% and 32.9%.
