This paper proposes the integrated application research direction of design and manufacturing based on PDM system, and focuses on the digital integrated manufacturing with PDM system as the center, covering the design and manufacture of collaborative, PBOM management, technology division of tasks, product configuration management, multi-system integration and other research application aspects. The realization of the system proves the feasibility of research content, which may provides a reference and thinking of digital co-design and digital integrated manufacturing processes for aerospace military manufacturing enterprises.
