应用窄带瞬态液晶测量技术对轴向1个单元层板模型的外表面冷却效率和换热系数,在气膜孔射流角度分别为30°和90°,吹风比分别为1.0,1.5和2.0下的变化规律进行了试验研究.结果表明:层板模型双排孔下游区域冷却效率均随着吹风比的增大而减小;不同射流角度气膜孔的冷却效率分布形态不同;30°和90°气膜孔层板表面换热系数随吹风比的变化均不明显.

The narrow-band transient liquid crystal technique was applied to carry out experimental investi-gation on cooling efficiency and heat transfer coefficient of the outer surface of a narrow chamber lamilloy with double-row film cooling holes,under conditions with blowing ratio of 1.0,1.5 and 2.0,and film hole injection angle of 30°and 90°.The results show that,for the lamilloy model,the film cooling efficiency in downstream area of the double-row hole decreased with the increasing blowing ratio.The distribution of cooling efficiency is different for film holes with different injection angles.For lamilloys with injection an-gle of 30°and 90°,the surface heat transfer coefficient of the film hole changed little with the blowing ratio.
