目的:总结探讨尿常规检验中的质量管理措施与价值。方法研究中将该院门诊、住院部自2015年1月-2015年3月期间所收集的尿常规检验标本共计500份作为研究对象。统计在500份尿液标本检验过程中存在质量缺陷的比例以及各种质量问题的构成情况。结果纳入研究中的500份尿液标本在检验过程中共有51份尿液标本出现明显误差,为检验不合格,不合格率为10.20豫(51/500)。导致检验标本不合格主要原因方面:患者准备不当因素的构成比为41.18豫(21/51),标本污染因素的构成比为35.29豫(18/51),明显高于其他项目构成比,数据对比有显著差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在尿常规检验过程中,通过加强对患者健康宣教,规范标本采集,缩短标本存放时间,以及规范仪器操作方法的质量管理措施,能够实现对检验误差的科学控制。

Objective To summarize the urine routine inspection of the quality management measures and value. Methods This study will the hospital outpatient and the inpatient from January 2015 to March 2015 during routine urine test speci-mens collected a total of 500 as the research object. Statistics in 500 urine specimens inspection in proportion to the quality defects exist in the process and the composition of various quality problems. Results In the study of the incorporated into 500 urine specimens in the inspection process of the communist party of China has 51 urine specimens appear obvious er-ror, for inspection is unqualified, percent of pass is 10.20%(51/500). Leading cause test specimen is unqualified aspects:improper preparation factors in patients with the composition ratio is 41.18%(21/51), specimens of pollution factors consti-tute ratio is 35.29%(18/51), significantly higher than the other project form than data contrast have significant difference,P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of routine urine test, by strengthening health education to patients, standard specimen collection, specimen storage time was shortened, and the quality management measures and operation method of standard instrument, to realize scientific control of test error.
