目的:探讨金双歧肠内免疫生态营养制剂对大鼠肠道免疫及损伤修复功能的影响。方法雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠30只,小肠损伤造模成功后,按体重随机分为对照组15只和实验组15只。造模成功后12 h,2组开始分4次给予180 kcal?( kg? d)-1的标准等氮热量灌胃,实验组同时给予金双歧10 CFU? d-1,灌胃7 d后,断颈处死大鼠。取大鼠小肠组织,苏木素-伊红染色,观察小肠绒毛高度、肠腺隐窝深度;用免疫组织化学技术检测小肠组织中免疫球蛋白A( IgA)、及CD3+阳性T淋巴细胞、CD4+阳性T淋巴细胞、CD8+阳性T淋巴细胞表达水平,比较2组的差别。结果对照组,大鼠体重增长速度低于实验组,第5天开始,2组大鼠体重差别有统计学意义( P<0.05);实验组,大鼠小肠黏膜绒毛高度、腺隐窝深度和黏膜厚度均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);实验组的IgA、CD3+、CD4+及CD8+阳性淋巴细胞数均明显多于对照组( P<0.05)。结论肠内免疫生态营可增强大鼠肠道免疫功能,促进损伤修复。

목적:탐토금쌍기장내면역생태영양제제대대서장도면역급손상수복공능적영향。방법웅성청길급Wistar대서30지,소장손상조모성공후,안체중수궤분위대조조15지화실험조15지。조모성공후12 h,2조개시분4차급여180 kcal?( kg? d)-1적표준등담열량관위,실험조동시급여금쌍기10 CFU? d-1,관위7 d후,단경처사대서。취대서소장조직,소목소-이홍염색,관찰소장융모고도、장선은와심도;용면역조직화학기술검측소장조직중면역구단백A( IgA)、급CD3+양성T림파세포、CD4+양성T림파세포、CD8+양성T림파세포표체수평,비교2조적차별。결과대조조,대서체중증장속도저우실험조,제5천개시,2조대서체중차별유통계학의의( P<0.05);실험조,대서소장점막융모고도、선은와심도화점막후도균현저고우대조조(균P<0.05);실험조적IgA、CD3+、CD4+급CD8+양성림파세포수균명현다우대조조( P<0.05)。결론장내면역생태영가증강대서장도면역공능,촉진손상수복。
Objective To explore the efficacy of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets ( Jinshuangqi) enteral ccological immune nutrition on the intestinal immune and its damage repair in wound Wistar rats.Methods Thirty male Wistar rats of small intestine trauma model were divided into two groups:experiment and control groups with each 15 rats.Rats in the control group were given regular nutrition forage and rats in the experiment group were given live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets with 10 CFU? d -1 .At time of 7 days after administration the rates were put to death.And the status of small bowel of the rats was observed.The immunoglobulin A ( IgA ) , CD3+, CD4+and CD8+cell quantity of the small bowel mueosa were de-tected by immunohistochemical array.Results The villus height,intesti-nal gland crypt depth and mucosal thickness in the experiment group were better than that of control group (P<0.05).The quantity of IgA,CD3+, CD4+,CD8+cell of the rats in experiment group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intestinal immune ecologi-cal nutrition can strengthen the rat intestinal immune function and pro-mote restoration of the damage.
