对大进给铣削TC21钛合金时的刀具磨损形态进行了宏观和微观分析:由宏观来看,大进给铣刀的前、后刀面磨损不均匀,其磨损严重区域在最大切深附近;由微观来看,大进给铣刀的前、后刀面都有大量的钛合金粘附物、间距不等的热裂纹和刀具材料的剥落出现。
對大進給鐉削TC21鈦閤金時的刀具磨損形態進行瞭宏觀和微觀分析:由宏觀來看,大進給鐉刀的前、後刀麵磨損不均勻,其磨損嚴重區域在最大切深附近;由微觀來看,大進給鐉刀的前、後刀麵都有大量的鈦閤金粘附物、間距不等的熱裂紋和刀具材料的剝落齣現。

Tool wears are studied with macro-analysis and micro-analysis method in high feed milling of titanium alloy TC21. From the macro-analysis, it can be seen that tool wears in rake face and lfank face are not uniform and the serious worn area is near the maximum cutting depth. From the micro-analysis, much attached tita-nium alloy, cracks with different distance between adjacent ones and breakage are found in both faces.
