设计开发了一种可用于薄板材铣削夹持固定的真空吸附系统,并通过一种新型铝锂合金2060T8的铣削试验,对该系统的实用性进行了验证;然后基于该系统,通过正交试验,进行了2060T8的铣削性能试验研究,主要进行了铣削加工参数对零件加工表面粗糙度的影响研究。结果表明,影响表面粗糙度的因素主次关系是:铣削深度>每齿进给量>铣削宽度>主轴转速;表面粗糙度随铣削深度、每齿进给量、主轴转速的增加而增大,随铣削宽度的增加先减小后增大。
設計開髮瞭一種可用于薄闆材鐉削夾持固定的真空吸附繫統,併通過一種新型鋁鋰閤金2060T8的鐉削試驗,對該繫統的實用性進行瞭驗證;然後基于該繫統,通過正交試驗,進行瞭2060T8的鐉削性能試驗研究,主要進行瞭鐉削加工參數對零件加工錶麵粗糙度的影響研究。結果錶明,影響錶麵粗糙度的因素主次關繫是:鐉削深度>每齒進給量>鐉削寬度>主軸轉速;錶麵粗糙度隨鐉削深度、每齒進給量、主軸轉速的增加而增大,隨鐉削寬度的增加先減小後增大。

The vacuum absorption system which can be used to hold and ifx thin sheet during milling is designed and developed, and its practicality is veriifed through milling experiments on new AL-Li alloy 2060T8. Then based on the system, the study on the milling perfor-mance of 2060T8, mainly the effect of milling parameters on part surface roughness is conducted by orthogonal experiments. The research results indicate that milling depth has the greatest effect on the surface roughness, fol-lowed by feed rate per tooth, then milling width and ifnally spindle speed. The surface roughness increases with the increasing of milling depth, feed rate per tooth, spindle speed and decreases, then increases with the increasing of milling width.
