目的：探讨子宫破裂的超声声像图特点,发生的危险因素,及超声检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年9月襄阳市中心医院4例子宫破裂患者的超声声像图特点与相关的病史资料,并与手术结果进行对照分析。结果4例均为自发性子宫破裂,2例为分娩中瘢痕妊娠子宫不完全性破裂,2例为分娩前完全性子宫破裂,均经手术证实。结论子宫破裂超声声像图表现复杂多样,与破裂的类型、程度、部位及内出血量等有密切关系,结合病史,超声检查可对子宫破裂作出明确性诊断或提示性诊断,对指导临床尽早诊治、及时手术非常重要。
목적：탐토자궁파렬적초성성상도특점,발생적위험인소,급초성검사적림상개치。방법회고성분석2013년1월지2014년9월양양시중심의원4례자궁파렬환자적초성성상도특점여상관적병사자료,병여수술결과진행대조분석。결과4례균위자발성자궁파렬,2례위분면중반흔임신자궁불완전성파렬,2례위분면전완전성자궁파렬,균경수술증실。결론자궁파렬초성성상도표현복잡다양,여파렬적류형、정도、부위급내출혈량등유밀절관계,결합병사,초성검사가대자궁파렬작출명학성진단혹제시성진단,대지도림상진조진치、급시수술비상중요。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging and risk factors of uterine rupture, and the clinical value of ultrasonic examination. Methods For 4 cases with uterine rupture in Xiangyang Central Hospital from Jan 2013 to Sep 2014, the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging and related clinical history data were retrospectively analyzed, and the results were compared with the surgical results. Results All cases were spontaneous uterine rupture, among which 2 cases were incomplete rupture of scarred uterus during delivery, 2 cases were complete uterine rupture before delivery, all cases were confirmed by operation. Conclusion The ultrasonographic manifestations of uterine rupture are diverse and complex, which are related with the type, degree, location and amount of internal bleeding of the rupture. Combining with the clinical history, ultrasonic examination can make a definite diagnosis or suggestive diagnosis of uterine rupture, which is important for guiding the early clinical diagnosis and treatment and the timely surgery.
