This paper introduced the S7-300PLC as main station in wheel casting control system which based on Profibus-DP Fieldbus Control System. Through communicated with Profibus-DP server and intelligent valve island control element, the analog and switch quantity intelligent node was general designed, the site Field bottom network was forming which based on unit control, management and monitor intellective node. The hardware of electrical elements in general site system, hardware and software structure in server and valve system were explained.
