目的:了解江西省美沙酮维持治疗门诊(以下简称 MMT 门诊)工作人员的职业倦怠现状及其相关影响因素,为有效降低职业倦怠和改善其身心健康提供依据。方法采用定量问卷调查法对江西省所有 MMT 门诊工作人员进行普查,职业倦怠影响因素采用χ2检验、非条件 Logistic 回归进行分析。结果江西省124名 MMT 门诊工作人员的职业倦怠发生率为48.39%,以轻度职业倦怠为主占45.97%,中度职业倦怠占2.42%,未见重度职业倦怠情况出现。工作倦怠状态以情感衰竭为主。单因素研究结果显示,年龄和工作年限对情感衰竭维度有一定影响,30~39岁年龄段、工作年限4~6年的工作人员情感衰竭倦怠情况显著(P <0.05)。多元逐步非条件 Logistic回归结果显示,学历、月平均收入对 MMT 门诊工作人员的职业倦怠有影响,学历越低、月收入越高,越容易发生职业倦怠。结论江西省 MMT 门诊工作人员整体处于轻度工作倦怠状态,主要表现为情感衰竭。提示应重点关注较年轻、工作年限相对较少、学历低和月收入高者等人群,并同时进行相应干预。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the status of occupational burnout and its influencing factors in staff of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)clinics in Jiangxi province,and to provide a basis for effectively reducing occupational burnout and improving their physical and psychological health.Methods The medical staff of MMT clinics were surveyed using the quantitative ques-tionnaire.The factors influencing occupational burnout were analyzed usingχ2 test and uncondi-tional logistic regression.Results The prevalence of occupational burnout was 48.39% among the 124 staff of MMT clinics.The mild and moderate burnout accounted for 45.97% and 2.42%, respectively.No severe burnout occurred in the staff.The main job burnout status was emotional exhaustion.Univariate study showed that the age and working time were related to the emotional exhaustion,which was obvious in clinic staff aged 30-39 years with 4-6 years of work experience (P <0.05).Multiple stepwise logistic regression showed that education background and average monthly income had influence on occupational burnout in staff of MMT clinics.The lower the ed-ucation and the higher the monthly income,the higher the incidence of occupational burnout.Con-clusion The staff of MMT clinics in Jiangxi province were overall in a state of mild job burnout, which mainly manifests as emotional exhaustion.The attention should be focused on the younger staff with shorter work time,lower education and higher monthly income,and the corresponding intervention should be perform to prevent and reduce occupational burnout.
