以碳酸钙为脱硫剂,以硫酸镁、柠檬酸钠、己二酸、戊二酸、丁二酸、硫酸锰、过硫酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠为添加剂进行碳酸钙溶解、亚硫酸钙氧化、二氧化硫吸收实验.结果表明:丁二酸可提高54%的碳酸钙转化率;过硫酸钾可提高21.9%的亚硫酸钙氧化速率;己二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、柠檬酸钠、硫酸镁和复合增效剂脱硫提效作用显著.配制出5种复合增效剂,综合考虑增效效果、成本和二次环境影响,筛选出3号复合增效剂为最优增效剂,可提高31.7%的脱硫效率.

A series of experiments such as calcium carbonate dissolution,oxidation of calcium sulfite and ab-sorption of sulfur dioxide were conducted by using calcium carbonate as the desulfuriazation agent,agents like magnesium sulfate,sodium citrate,adipic acid,glutaric acid,succinic acid,manganese sulfate,potassium persulfate,sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and carboxymethylcellulose sodium as the additives.The re-sults show that,the succinic acid can increase the calcium carbonate's conversion rate by 54%,the potassi-um persulfate can increase the calcium sulfite's oxidation rate by 2 1 .9%,the adipic acid,succinic acid,glu-taric acid,sodium citrate,magnesium and composite synergist all have significant synergism function on desulfurization.On this basis,five kinds of composite synergists were prepared.Considering the synergistic effects,cost and secondary environmental impact,No.3 composite synergist,which can increase the desul-furization efficiency by 3 1 .7%,was selected as the optimal composite synergist.
