针对某超临界600 MW机组锅炉煤质变化、磨煤机一次风量测量不准确,使得锅炉负荷难以自动控制的问题,在分析给煤量跟踪给水流量和给水流量跟踪给煤量2种锅炉负荷控制策略的基础上,采用在控制中增加煤质自校正功能的方法,对给水流量跟踪给煤量锅炉负荷控制策略进行了优化.实际应用结果表明,在自动发电控制(AGC)方式且机组大幅度变负荷工况下,锅炉负荷控制系统能够以1.0~1.5%/min的速率响应AGC指令,并将主蒸汽压力、温度控制在±0.4 MPa和±4℃内,满足DL/T 774—2004标准的要求.

In a supercritical 600 MW unit,the coal quality changes and the primary air flow measurement of the coal mill is inaccurate,so the boiler load can not be automatically controlled.Against this problem,two boiler load control strategies were analyzed,the feed coal following the feed water mode and the feed water following the feed coal mode.On this basis,a boiler load control strategy with coal quality automatic cali-bration function was applied to optimize the feed water and feed fuel system.The results show that,in au-tomatic generation control (AGC)mode with large load variations,the boiler load control system can re-spond the AGC load demand with speed of 1 .0~1 .5%/min,and can constrain the main steam pressure and temperature controlling error within ±0.4 MPa and ±4 ℃ respectively,which meets the corresponding target aim in the DL/T 774—2004.
