介绍了一种基于胶膜热破的新型蜂窝夹层结构成型施胶工艺,详述了其工艺原理、工艺过程及工艺参数,并与其他施胶工艺方法对比,考察了相应蜂窝夹层结构的力学性能.结果表明,胶膜热破工艺能够有效提高胶粘剂在蜂窝芯端面的分布均匀性,降低对胶粘剂预固化度的影响,有利于提高蜂窝夹层结构的力学性能.

A new kind of gluing technology was introduced for the forming of honeycomb sandwich based on hot-breaking using adhesive film. The principle, operating process, and technological parameters of the hot-break gluing technology were discussed comparing with other traditional gluing methods. Moreover, mechanical properties of the honeycomb sandwich undergoing the hot-break gluing process were studied. The results show that the hot-break gluing process contributed well-distributed adhesive to fully form strong bonding interface between honeycomb and skin, reduced the impact on pre-curing of adhesive, and improved its mechanical properties.
