类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病，RA 患者肿瘤发生率较高，且临床不容易发现。本文报道了1例类风湿关节炎合并肺癌患者的临床诊治经过，并结合文献复习，以期能提高临床医生对此类疾病的认识。
類風濕關節炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一種常見的自身免疫性疾病，RA 患者腫瘤髮生率較高，且臨床不容易髮現。本文報道瞭1例類風濕關節炎閤併肺癌患者的臨床診治經過，併結閤文獻複習，以期能提高臨床醫生對此類疾病的認識。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a common autoimmune disease,which causes high incidence of tumor and is difficult to detect. The paper reported the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis combined with lung cancer and made a literature review,in order to improve clinical doctors' understanding of this disease.
