研究了D406A超高强度钢 A-TIG 焊接试验,摸索了焊接工艺规范,完成超高强度钢A-TIG焊接接头组织和性能研究.结果表明,D406A超高强度钢A-TIG焊接增加熔深、改善焊缝成形效果明显,较常规TIG焊裂纹敏感性更低,其接头综合力学性能优于TIG焊.应用活性剂焊接技术完成壳体样件的生产,并通过压力试验和爆破试验,考核了产品综合使用性能,为全面推广应用超高强度钢A-TIG焊接技术奠定基础.

The extra-high-tensile steel D406A was welded by A-TIG experiment. The welding process pacification was groped, and then organization and performance of extra-high-tensile steel D406A A-TIG welding joint were studied. The results show that A-TIG welding deeply increased penetration and obviously improved weld forming. The sensitivity of welding crack of A-TIG is lower than that of the regular TIG, while the comprehensive mechanics performance of the joint is better. The production of shell sample and examination of comprehensive product assessment performance through pressure test and blasting testappa established the foundation for overall promotion application of A-TIG welding in extra-high-tensile steel D406A.
