以不同质量浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理锦绣杜鹃植株,分析 MeJA 对杜鹃叶片黄酮类化合物含量与苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)等主要防御酶活性的变化.结果表明:150μg/mL的 MeJA 对诱导杜鹃黄酮类化合物的累积和 PAL、POD 酶的活性影响最为显著.其中,总黄酮含量最大值是对照处理的2.33倍,PAL 活性是对照处理的7倍,POD 活性是对照处理的2.54倍.而对 PPO 酶活性影响最显著的是100μg/mL 的 MeJA 处理,PPO 活性最大值比对照处理提高了52.51%.研究发现一定质量浓度的茉莉酸甲酯处理杜鹃叶片可明显诱导黄酮类化合物的累积和 PAL、PPO、POD 等防御酶活性的提高.

Effect of methyl jasmonate (MeJA)treatments at different concentration were studied on fla-vonoids content and activity of phenlanine ammonialyase (PAL),polyphenoloxidase (PPO)and peroxidase (POD)in ‘Rhododendron pulchrum’leaves.he results showed that MeJA at 150 μg/mL significantly en-hanced flavonoids content and activity of PAL and POD.The flavonoids content was 2.33 times,PAL activ-ity was 7 times than that of the control after 8 d of treatment.After the fourth day,POD activity was 2.54 times than that of the control after 4 d of treatment.MeJA at 100 μg/mL had significantly effect on PPO activity.PPO activity increased by 52.51% after 8 d of treatment compared with the control.It is suggested that MeJA could induce the flavonoids content and PAL,PPO,POD activities in R.pulchrum leaves .
