目的：观察紫柏凝胶外治方治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染的疗效。方法收集宫颈高危型 HPV 感染的患者共85例，半随机方式分成2组，治疗组57例患者使用紫柏凝胶外治方治疗，对照组28例不使用任何药物治疗，进行临床观察比较。结果治疗组高危型 HPV 载量改善总好转56例（98．24％），对照组总好转9例（32．14％），2组间存在显著性差异（Z ＝－5．770，P＜0．05）。治疗组临床表现总好转56例（98．24％），对照组总好转3例（10．71％），2组间存在显著性差异（Z ＝－7．485，P ＜0．05）。治疗组12例患者随访半年后，复查高危型 HPV 载量与治疗后复查的载量间未见显著性差异（Z ＝－0．405，P ＞0．05）。结论紫柏凝胶外治方能够明显降低宫颈高危型 HPV 载量，使部分高危型 HPV 感染转阴，随访半年未见复发，临床疗效肯定。

목적：관찰자백응효외치방치료궁경고위형인유두류병독（HPV）감염적료효。방법수집궁경고위형 HPV 감염적환자공85례，반수궤방식분성2조，치료조57례환자사용자백응효외치방치료，대조조28례불사용임하약물치료，진행림상관찰비교。결과치료조고위형 HPV 재량개선총호전56례（98．24％），대조조총호전9례（32．14％），2조간존재현저성차이（Z ＝－5．770，P＜0．05）。치료조림상표현총호전56례（98．24％），대조조총호전3례（10．71％），2조간존재현저성차이（Z ＝－7．485，P ＜0．05）。치료조12례환자수방반년후，복사고위형 HPV 재량여치료후복사적재량간미견현저성차이（Z ＝－0．405，P ＞0．05）。결론자백응효외치방능구명현강저궁경고위형 HPV 재량，사부분고위형 HPV 감염전음，수방반년미견복발，림상료효긍정。
Objective To observe the effects of external use of Zibai gel on cervical high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) infection.Methods 85 cases with cervical HR-HPV infection were recruited and then divided into two groups quasi-randomly.57 cases in the treatment group were applied with Zibai gel,while 28 cases in control group did not use any medication.The outcome was measured and observed.Results In the treatment group,the load of HR-HPV was reduced in 56 cases (98.24%)compared with only 9 cases (32.14%)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (Z = -5.770,P <0.05 ).In the treatment group,clinical symptoms were relieved in 56 cases (98.24%),compared with only 3 cases(10.71 %)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (Z =-7.485,P <0.05 ).Cases of 12 patients from the treatment group were followed up after six months,and the load of HR-HPV showed no significant difference compared with those at the time right after the treatment (Z =-0.405,P >0.05).Conclusion The external use of Zibai gel could reduce the load of HR-HPV, and convert some of high-risk HPV infection negative.According to the results in the six-month follow-up observation,the clinical effect was affirmative.
