目的：探讨集束化管理对ICU神经系统危重症患者家属满意率的影响。方法选择2014年2月-2014年7月入住ICU的60名神经系统危重症患者家属设为对照组，使用常规健康教育模式。随机抽取ICU的60名神经系统危重症患者家属设为观察组，采用集束化管理模式。结果通过对ICU神经系统危重症患者家属集束化管理，实验组患者家属满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论应用集束化管理能提高ICU神经系统危重症患者家属的满意率，减少不必要的医疗纠纷。

목적：탐토집속화관리대ICU신경계통위중증환자가속만의솔적영향。방법선택2014년2월-2014년7월입주ICU적60명신경계통위중증환자가속설위대조조，사용상규건강교육모식。수궤추취ICU적60명신경계통위중증환자가속설위관찰조，채용집속화관리모식。결과통과대ICU신경계통위중증환자가속집속화관리，실험조환자가속만의솔고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론응용집속화관리능제고ICU신경계통위중증환자가속적만의솔，감소불필요적의료규분。
Objective To discuss the influence of cluster management to the satisfaction rate of the family of nervous system ICU patients. Method 60 nervous system critically ill patients in 2014February to 2014 July in the families of ICU as control group, using the conventional health education mode. 60 critically ill patients families randomly selected ICU as observation group, with a cluster of management mode. Results Based on the ICU family of cluster management of critically ill patients, patients in the experimental group family satisfaction rate higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of cluster management can improve the ICU nervous system critically ill family members of patients satisfaction rate and greatly improve the doctor-patient and nurse patient communication, reduce unnecessary medical disputes.
