烤瓷熔附金属全冠对局部牙龈在临床应用中出现修复后牙龈出血、红肿、龈缘变黑及口腔异味等情况,使近来学者从各个角度来研究和比较各金属对局部牙龈的影响。由于烤瓷铸造合金在口腔内可释放出离子并沉积于牙体表面和牙龈,对与其接触的牙周组织造成一定的刺激,促进牙龈炎症发展,这是引起修复后牙周损伤的重要因素。而作为牙周组织健康状态指标之一的龈沟液在这种情况下的量与质也非常重要。近年来已有许多学者在龈沟液内检测出多种炎症介质和炎症调节因子,其中白细胞介素-1β(Crevicularinterleuin-1β IL-1β)已被公认为在牙周病中起非常重要的作用。另有学者研究发现:在牙周致病菌携带者的龈沟液中,白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)的水平与龈炎指数、牙周袋深度、出血指数显著相关。本文将重点从非贵金属烤瓷冠的应用现状、非贵金属烤瓷冠对龈沟液中IL-1β和IL-8的影响以及对牙周组织的影响等方面加以综述。
烤瓷鎔附金屬全冠對跼部牙齦在臨床應用中齣現脩複後牙齦齣血、紅腫、齦緣變黑及口腔異味等情況,使近來學者從各箇角度來研究和比較各金屬對跼部牙齦的影響。由于烤瓷鑄造閤金在口腔內可釋放齣離子併沉積于牙體錶麵和牙齦,對與其接觸的牙週組織造成一定的刺激,促進牙齦炎癥髮展,這是引起脩複後牙週損傷的重要因素。而作為牙週組織健康狀態指標之一的齦溝液在這種情況下的量與質也非常重要。近年來已有許多學者在齦溝液內檢測齣多種炎癥介質和炎癥調節因子,其中白細胞介素-1β(Crevicularinterleuin-1β IL-1β)已被公認為在牙週病中起非常重要的作用。另有學者研究髮現:在牙週緻病菌攜帶者的齦溝液中,白細胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)的水平與齦炎指數、牙週袋深度、齣血指數顯著相關。本文將重點從非貴金屬烤瓷冠的應用現狀、非貴金屬烤瓷冠對齦溝液中IL-1β和IL-8的影響以及對牙週組織的影響等方麵加以綜述。

In the clinical application of porcelain fused to metal crown, the situation like bleeding gums, swelling, gingival discoloration and bad breath often happens. Recently, the researchers study and compare the effects of metal on regional tissue from different angles. Because of PFM alloy casting release ions and deposit on the surface of teeth and gums, may cause certain stimulation to the periodontal tissue where contact with the PFM alloy casting, promote the development of gingival inflammation, this is the important factors causing the periodontal damage after repair. In this case, the quantity and quality of gingival crevicular fluid is very important which is one of periodontal health status indicators. In recent years, researchers detect a variety of inflammatory medium and regulating inflammation factors, including Crevicularinterleuin-1β(IL-1β) which has been recognized play a very important role in periodontal disease. Other researchers study found:, The level of Interleukin 8 (interleukin - 8, IL - 8) in the periodontal pathogen carriers’ gingival crevicular fluid is significant correlation with gingivitis, periodontal pocket depth and bleeding index. The present application of PFM crown, the effect of PFM crown to IL-1βand IL – 8 in gingival crevicular fluid and the impact on the periodontal tissue are reviewed in this article.
