目的 研究骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管骨折手术的护理配合情况.方法 选取50例四肢长管骨折患者作为研究对象,分为干预组和常规组.常规组接受常规护理干预,干预组在此基础上采用针对性强的护理干预,比较分析两组患者的并发症情况以及护理满意度.结果 常规组护理满意度低于干预组,并发症发生率高于干预组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 针对性强的护理干预措施可以减轻患者痛苦,提升满意度,在四肢长管骨折手术护理过程中的运用效果良好.

Objective To explore the nursing coordinate of ectosteal fixation treatment fracture of long tube limbs surgery.Methods Selected 50 cases with fracture of limbs long tube as object, were divided into the intervention group and the normal group. Regular group received routine nursing intervention, the intervention group under the condition of the use of targeted nursing intervention, comparative analyzed of two groups with complication and nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing satisfaction in normal group was lower than the intervention group, the incidence of complications was higher than the intervention group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can reduce the pain of the patients, improve patient satisfaction, in the process of limbs long tube bone fracture surgery nursing use effect is good.
