目的分析胆结石患者采用全面护理干预的效果和影响.方法选择2013年8月~2014年6月我院接诊的153例胆结石患者进行回顾性分析,用随机数表法的方法分为观察组和对照组.观察组81例,对照组72例.观察组采取全面护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,并记录相关资料.结果采用全面护理干预的胆结石患者的手术有效率88.9%高于采用常规护理的有效率76.4%;采用全面护理干预的手术时间和手术中的出血量低于常规护理,并且患者的满意度比常规护理的高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论采取全面护理干预比常规护理干预的效果好,有利于患者的恢复.

Objective Analysis effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gallstones.Methods Selected 153 patients with gallstones from August 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Used the randomly method were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group had 81 patients, the control group had 72 cases. The observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group took routine nursing care, and recorded the related information.Results The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gallstones operation efficient was 88.9% higher than the conventional nursing efficient 76.4%, Adopt the comprehensive nursing intervention operation time and blood loss was lower than the conventional nursing operation, and patient satisfaction was higher than routine nursing,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients than the routine nursing intervention effect is obvious, the routine nursing intervention in patients with better recovery.
