目的:通过对产妇的产时认知行为和分娩结局进行分析,得出在治疗此病上的应用效果。方法选取我院产科收治的分娩产妇患者260例,根据随机原则分为两组,其中对照组130例,给予产科常规护理;实验组130例,在此基础上施行全程护理;应用统计学软件对比分析两组产妇的认知行为评分、分娩结局以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果(1)实验组产妇分娩知识认知评分(28.62±5.39分)、分娩态度认知评分(37.52±6.28)以及分娩时应对行为评分(28.97±5.28)均明显高于对照组(22.86±5.81分、30.16±5.96分、22.51±5.35分),差异具有显著性(P均<0.05);(2)实验组自然分娩率(73.07%)明显高于对照组(36.92%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);(3)实验组新生儿Apgar评分(9.85±0.81分)显著优于对照组(7.96±0.85分),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论全程护理有利于提高产妇对分娩的认知情况,改善产妇心理,提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explorethe application effect of nursing intervention through analyzingthe behavior cognition and birth outcomes.Methods 260 parturient women were selected from department of obstetricsin our hospital, according to the principle of random they were divided into 2 groups, 130 patients in control group given routine nursing, while 130 cases in the experimental group were giving nursing implementation.Cognitive behavior score, birth outcomes and neonatal Apgar scoreof the two groups were compared.Results The delivery knowledge cognitive score, labor attitude cognitive score and childbirth coping behavior score of experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (28.62 ±5.39 vs 22. 86 ±5.81, 37.52 ±6.28 vs 30.16 ±5.96, 28.97 ±5.28 vs 22.51 ±5.35), the differences werestatistically significant (P<0.05).The natural birth rate of experiment group (73.07%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (36.92%), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).The newborn Apgar score of experiment group of (9.85 ±0.81) was better than the control group (7.96 ±0.85), the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The whole nursing intervention is helpful to improve the cognitive situation of maternal on delivery, improve maternal psychological, improve the natural delivery rate,it is worth the clinical promotion.
