This paper puts forward three pieces of suggestion to the construction and development of a lifelong education system and the learning-type society in our country based on a introduction of the following four aspects:South Korea's lifelong education subject construction,personnel training goal and system of lifelong education,per-sonnel activity field of lifelong education as well as the personnel training practice of lifelong education.
