当前高校学生担任兼职家教的现象非常普遍，在兼职中高校学生能够充分发挥他们的学业所长，提高语言表达能力、社交能力以及协作精神，得到更全面的锻炼。为使高校学生的兼职家教活动步入正常、有序的法制轨道，维护他们兼职期间的合法权益，有必要设置家教市场的准入制度，并加强对家教市场的监管，加大税收法律制度的宣传，培养高校学生的纳税意识。
