该文利用微波及水蒸气辅助预处理对大豆油提取率的影响进行研究。研究表明,用微波及水蒸气辅助浸出大豆油的最佳条件为微波时间190 s,微波功率630 W,水蒸气处理时间5 min,在此条件下大豆油的提取率为14.3%。研究表明,利用微波及水蒸气渗透的方法对浸出前的油料进行预处理可以有效缩短浸提的时间,提高浸提的效率。

This article had focused on the effects of the soybean oil extraction rate by assisting leaching with microwave and water vapor. The results showed the best conditions of using microwave and water vapor to assiste soybean oil immersion out were 190 s of microwave time,630W of microwave power and 5 min of water vapor time. Under these conditions,soybean oil extraction rate was 14.3%. Researchs showed microwave and steam treatment could effectively shorten the extraction time and improve the efficiency of extraction.
