将磁絮凝技术用于高浊海水淡化预处理工艺中的浊度去除.运用Design-expert 8.0.6软件设计实验,以浊度去除率为考察指标进行烧杯实验,确定在该海水水质条件下混凝剂以及混凝剂与磁粉复配时的最佳投加量.响应曲面法分析结果表明:单独投加混凝剂时,在FeCl3投加量为31.15 mg/L时,浊度去除率达到最大值85.9%;加载磁粉强化混凝时,在FeCl3投加量为28.74 mg/L、Fe3O4投加量为6.02 mg/L时,浊度去除率达到最大值92.8%.通过加载磁粉,不仅可以减少混凝剂用量,而且对于海水浊度的去除率也明显提高.

The magnetic flocculation technology was utilized in the turbidity removal of high turbidity seawater in the pretreatment process for desalination. Beaker tests designed by Design-expert 8.0.6 were conducted for this type of seawater to acquire the turbidity removal rates, which determined the optimum dosages of coagulant and the combination of coagulant with magnetite. The results of response surface methodology (RSM) demonstrated that when the dosage of ferric chloride (FeCl3) was 31.15 mg/L, turbidity removal rate reached the maximum 85.9%;meanwhile, if magnetic enhanced flocculation was used, turbidity removal rate reached the maximum 92.8%! when the dosages of ferric chloride (FeCl3)and magnetite(Fe3O4) were 28.74 mg/L and 6.02 mg/L, respectively. By magnetic enhanced flocculation, the dosage of coagulant can be reduced and the turbidity removal rate will increase obviously.
