目的:通过回顾性分析应用智能跟踪法进行冠状动脉CTA检查的486例超重肥胖人群,分析体重、体重指数与对比剂总量和每kg体重对比剂用量特点。方法以BMI差异分成10个组(24.02~38.06 kg/m2),计算每个人每kg体重的对比剂用量,并记录相应的对比剂总量。对体重和对比剂总量的关系、BMI和每kg对比剂用量的关系进行曲线拟合分析。结果①体重和对比剂用量关系符合偏正态分布。②BMI差异中,以32~组对比剂用量最多(70.48±12.31 mL),个体化剂量最少(0.74±0.12 mL);结论在超重肥胖人群进行冠状动脉CTA检查时,可根据体重、BMI的差异,选取适宜的对比剂用量,满足检查所需。

The purpose of coronary CTA through retrospective analysis of 486 cases of application of intelligent tracking method of overweight and obese people, weight analysis, body mass index and the total amount of contrast agent per kg of body weight and the amount of contrast agent characteristics. Methods BMI difference into 10 groups (24.02 ~ 38.06 kg / m2), calculated for each person an amount of contrast agent per kg body weight, and the total amount of the corresponding record contrast agent. The relationship between body weight and the total amount of contrast agent, the relationship between BMI and the amount of contrast agent per kg of curve fitting analysis. Results① weight and the amount of contrast agent relations in line with partial normal distribution.②BMI differences to 32 to set a maximum amount of contrast agent (70.48±12.31ml), individual minimum dose (0.74±0.12ml); conclusion of overweight and obese populations during coronary CTA can be different according to body weight, BMI, and select the appropriate amount of contrast agent, to meet inspection needs.
