目的：观察左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择2013年12月～2014年12月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者85例。随机分为治疗组45例和对照组40例，对照组给予强心、利尿、吸氧、心电监护等内科传统抗心衰治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上，予以左卡尼汀2 g加入0.9%氯化钠溶液20 mL中静脉推注，1次/d。两组患者均治疗2周，观察两组疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后心功能变化比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为67.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭，疗效显著，安全、无毒副作用，值得临床推广使用。

목적：관찰좌잡니정치료만성심력쇠갈적료효。방법선택2013년12월～2014년12월아원수치적만성심력쇠갈환자85례。수궤분위치료조45례화대조조40례，대조조급여강심、이뇨、흡양、심전감호등내과전통항심쇠치료。치료조재대조조적기출상，여이좌잡니정2 g가입0.9%록화납용액20 mL중정맥추주，1차/d。량조환자균치료2주，관찰량조료효。결과량조환자치료전후심공능변화비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료조총유효솔위93.3%，대조조총유효솔위67.5%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론좌잡니정치료만성심력쇠갈，료효현저，안전、무독부작용，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of L-carnitine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 85 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group 40 cases,the control group received strong heart,diuretic,oxygen,ECG monitoring and other traditional anti heart failure treatment.Treatment group on the basis of the treatment,be 2 g of L-carnitine added 0.9% physiological saline 20ml intravenous injection,1 time /D,a total of 2 weeks.After treatment,observation of the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The changes of heart function in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,and the control group was 67.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion L-carnitine in the treatment of chronic heart failure,clinical effect is remarkable,safe,non-toxic side effects,it is worth for clinical use.
