The soybean peptides have special physicochemical properties and good physiologically function. The paper mainly described the separation and purification technologies of the soybean peptides,such as chromatography(cross–axis counter chromatography,reversed–phase high–performance,gel filtration chromatography,ion–exchange chromatography),capillary electrophoresis (capillary zone electrophoresis,mackellar electrokinetic electrophoresis chromatography,capillary gel electrophoresis),film separation(ultrafiltration,nanofiltration,microfiltration)and combined technologies of soybean peptides were introduced. The paper analysed the fundamental principles and advantages of these technologies,and set forth the progress of separation and purification of soybean peptide.
