目的：利用休哈特控制图对水分测定过程进行质量控制，以便实验室及时发现检测过程中存在的问题，并积极采取措施确保检测过程受控。方法采用卡尔费休法测定水分，将水分测定数据绘制成休哈特控制图，并用于水分测定过程的质量控制。结果利用休哈特控制图有助于及时发现检测过程中的异常因素，有效控制水分检测结果质量，保证检测数据的准确、可靠。结论休哈特控制图可作为水分测定质量控制的重要手段。
목적：이용휴합특공제도대수분측정과정진행질량공제，이편실험실급시발현검측과정중존재적문제，병적겁채취조시학보검측과정수공。방법채용잡이비휴법측정수분，장수분측정수거회제성휴합특공제도，병용우수분측정과정적질량공제。결과이용휴합특공제도유조우급시발현검측과정중적이상인소，유효공제수분검측결과질량，보증검측수거적준학、가고。결론휴합특공제도가작위수분측정질량공제적중요수단。
Objective Shewhart control charts were chosen to monitor the process of moisture content tests ,through which we can i‐dentify any abnormality in the testing process in time and then take measures to make the testing process back in statistical control state .Methods The commonly used Shewhart chart was introduced in this paper to monitor the process of moisture content tests .Results Using Shewhart control charts is helpful to identify the abnormality in the process of moisture content tests ,con‐trolling the testing results and ensuring the accurate and reliable testing data .Conclusion Shewhart control chart is an important method to monitor the results of the moisture content tests .
