目的：探究与分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术和绿激光治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果及预后。方法选自我院2014年8月～2015年5月收治的非浸润性膀胱癌患者86例，按随机数法分为电切组和激光组，分别给予经尿道电切术和绿激光治疗，观察两组患者手术中的情况以及手术后的情况，将结果进行对比分析。结果激光组患者在术中及术后的不良反应低于电切组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术和绿激光治疗法均能有效治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌，绿激光治疗更为安全高效。
목적：탐구여분석경뇨도방광종류전절술화록격광치료비기층침윤성방광암적림상효과급예후。방법선자아원2014년8월～2015년5월수치적비침윤성방광암환자86례，안수궤수법분위전절조화격광조，분별급여경뇨도전절술화록격광치료，관찰량조환자수술중적정황이급수술후적정황，장결과진행대비분석。결과격광조환자재술중급술후적불량반응저우전절조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론경뇨도방광종류전절술화록격광치요법균능유효치료비기층침윤성방광암，록격광치료경위안전고효。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis for patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer treated with transurethral bladder tumor resection and green laser. Methods 86 cases of non invasive bladder cancer patients were selected from August 2014 to May 2015 that treated at our hospital. All the patients were divided into two groups, the resection group and the laser group, separately treated with transurethral resection and green laser. The intraoperative and postoperative condition of patients would be analyzed and compared between groups. Results In the laser group, the adverse events of intraoperative and postoperative patients was significantly lower than that of the resection group, P<0.05, compared with statistical significance. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor and green laser therapy can effectively treat non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. The green laser treatment is worthy of further research and extension in the clinic with the advantage of more safe and effective..
