目的:探讨医务人员的职业压力水平以及与自我效能感、应付方式之间的关系。方法对150名在职医务人员进行“压力源诊断表”、“一般自我效能感量表”、“应付方式问卷”调查,分析医务人员职业压力水平,比较医、护之间、不同专业之间、不同技术职称级别之间的职业压力差别。结果医务人员整体职业压力水平以轻度压力比重最高,应付方式以解决问题-求助为主的成熟型得分最高,其有效性也以这两个因子比例最高。医、护之间医生职业压力多数因子得分高于护士、压力水平等级也高于护士。中级以上技术职称人员部分压力因子得分高于初级技术职称人员。不同专业间职业压力差别不明显。结论医务人员整体职业压力以轻度为主,部分压力因子达中度水平。医生压力因子得分和压力水平等级高于护士,整体应付方式较为成熟,有效性高。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore relationship between occupational stress level and self efficacy, coping style of medical personnel. Method carry on questionnaire investigation for 150 medical personnel with "pressure source diagnosis table","general self efficacy table"and"coping style sheet", and analyze occupational stress levels of them, and compare occupational stress difference between doctors and nurses, different majors and technical title levels. Result mild stress level in overall occupational stress level of medical personnel is the highest, and for coping style, mature style of mainly solution-help-seeking was the highest, and effective rate of the two factors was also the highest. Most factors of doctor’s occupational stress were higher than that of nurses, and stress level is also higher. Partial pressure factor scores of intermediate technical title and above were higher than those of junior technical personnel. Difference of occupational stress is not obvious between different majors. Conclusion occupational stress of medical staff is mainly mild, and partial pressure factor are moderate. Score and stress level of doctors are higher than nurses, and overall coping style was mature and effective.
