目的：探讨影响中药饮片临床治疗效果的因素，并采取相应的对策来提高药物的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取接受中药饮片治疗的患者86例，对影响中药饮片治疗的主要因素进行归纳和总结。结果：研究发现，药物因素和使用因素是影响中药饮片临床疗效的主要因素，其中使用不当75例，是最主要的影响因素，包括药物的调配、配伍、煎煮和服用剂量等因素。结论：中药饮片在临床应用中需要把好药材的质量关，并正确使用才能保证其临床疗效。

목적：탐토영향중약음편림상치료효과적인소，병채취상응적대책래제고약물적림상료효。방법：수궤추취접수중약음편치료적환자86례，대영향중약음편치료적주요인소진행귀납화총결。결과：연구발현，약물인소화사용인소시영향중약음편림상료효적주요인소，기중사용불당75례，시최주요적영향인소，포괄약물적조배、배오、전자화복용제량등인소。결론：중약음편재림상응용중수요파호약재적질량관，병정학사용재능보증기림상료효。
Objective:To explore the factors that affect the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine decoction,and to take cor-responding measures to improve the clinical effect of the drug.Methods:86 cases of patients treated with Chinese herbal decoction were randomly selected.We summarized the main factors that affect the treatment of Chinese herbal medicine decoction.Results:The study found that,the drug factor and the use factor were the main factors which influence the clinical curative effect of Chi-nese herbal medicine decoction,75 cases with improper use,which is the most important influencing factors,including deployment, compatibility,boiling and dose of drugs and other factors.Conclusion:The quality of Chinese herbal medicine in clinical applica-tion need to be properly used to guarantee the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine.
